On Episode 16, Sandy and Pat recap the inaugural Raleigh City Cross Country Championship and wrap up the first season of Pop Up Cross Country at Dix Park. On Episode 15, Sandy and Pat recap Week 3 aka “Relay Night” at Pop Up Cross Country at Dix Park, then preview the inaugural Raleigh City Cross Country Championship. Greg discusses running at Dix Park, the course for the City Championship, the joy of team running, and the awards for the winners Tuesday.
