On Episode 27, Sandy and Pat chat with 2018 Sir Walter Miler Elite Athletes Sam Prakel and Jamie Morrissey. Sam discusses running at the University of Oregon, and his recent successful tour of Europe with a few wins in Ireland, including the Morton Mile. Elite Women’s Coordinator Jeff Caron joins the Summer of Miles during the chat with Jamie Morrissey, where she discusses training with True Blue Elite in Ann Arbor Michigan, pacing the Women’s field, and her quest for the best coffee and beer in Raleigh.

Episode 22 – Recap of Raleigh RunDown and Session at the Speedway, plus Sir Walter Miler alumni at US Champs

On Episode 22, Sandy and Pat recap the busy last week of the 3rd annual Raleigh RunDown Downhill Mile and the inaugural Session at the Speedway.
